Bookings of 4 nights or more , please make payment in advance.


Cancellation 7-2 days before arrival there is a cancellation fee of 500 SEK. The remaining amount is refunded.


If cancellation is made 1 day before arrival we refund the total cost minus one nights stay. If the room can be rented out to another guest we will refund the entire room cost.


With weekly booking ”Timmerstugan” we require a booking fee of 20% of the rent.

Final payment must be paid 30 days prior to arrival with an invoice.

For cancellation 60 days before arrival we refund your booking fee.

Change over day for weekly rentals is Saturday
